marcel gschwend aka bit-tuner, born and raised in st.gallen (CH), lives and works in zurich (CH)
since 1997, bit-tuner producing his music with computer, mpc, synthesizer, bassguitar and a lot of analog effects. he likes to work with samples from old vinyl records, and in recent times with self-recorded sounds and field recordings. the musical results are slow- and heavyweight beats, punching basslines, dark atmospheres and melodies, and noisy soundscapes.
